50+ Stationary Ball Handling Drills To Improve Your Handle – PART 2

Want more drills to improve your ball handling skills?

International professional basketball coach, Chris Pagentine, performs over fifty more stationary ball handling drills to help you improve your handle. These drills range from beginner to advanced and can be modified to fit the level of the individual performing them.

MATERIALS NEEDED: 1-2 Basketballs, a solid wall, a chair, an even surface, attention to detail, and a great work ethic.

DURATION: Each drill can be performed between 15-20 seconds for beginners, 20-30 seconds for intermediate level, and 30-1.5 for advanced high level players.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Make sure to stay low in an athletic position when performing dribbling drills, keep your back straight, feet spaced about shoulder width apart, eyes up, and push yourself to failure. If you never lose the ball, you are too comfortable and need to increase intensity. If you constantly lose the ball without any meaningful reps, decrease intensity or modify each drill with an extra dribble or two in between or decrease time.
