1-1-3 Full Court Press Basketball Defense, in this video I breakdown the 1-1-3 Full Court press defense. In the 1-1-3 Zone defence you will have 1 player up pressuring the Basketball and 1 player cutting off passes to the middle of the court. You will have 3 players at half protecting any long passes and passes to mid court. This is a great press defense that will stop the other team from advancing the Basketball passed half court.
